Almond Coconut Cake

Do you want a sweet nutty cake to follow the perfect dinner prepared by your mom? You can impress her with an amazing almond coconut cake! In a bowl mix coconut, sour cream and sugar and in another blend cake mix, oil, water, vanilla extract, eggs, cream and coconut. Put the resulted dough in a round pan and bake it in the oven. Take the cake sponge out when it is ready and let it cool down for a bit. Then slice it in three equal parts. Take the coconut cream you made and spread it on top of the first two layers of the cake. Make a frosting with water and icing sugar and put it on the top layer and then sprinkle coconut shaving on top. Serve your beautiful cake on a plate with some mint leaves and raspberries.
