Bocconcini Pizza

Who doesn't love pizza? If you are a fan as much as we are, then let's bake together a Bocconcini pizza! But first we should go to the supermarket and buy all the ingredients we need for this recipe. Start the prepping part by chopping the onions and bell peppers and slicing the salami. Pour some oil in a pan and cook the onions together with balsamic vinegar and brown sugar to caramelize them. Use a pre-prepared pizza basis and put it in a round pan. Spread tomato sauce, add grated cheese, the caramelized onions, the bell peppers, salami and the bocconcini, which actually a famous and delicious type of mozzarella. Also add some ruccola.
