You are a doctor at the hospital and you have a new patient who hurt her knees. Oh no, it is Barbie! She was walking on the street when she fell and broke a bone in her knee. Try to fix her! First you should take an X-ray. Then take a cotton ball and dip it in antiseptic solution and apply on the knee. Use an anesthetic injection to numb her knee, then take a scalpel to cut and clamps to get the skin out of the way. Use some tongs to remove the pieces of the broken bone and put on a fixation plate than you should fix in with some screws and a screwdriver. Remove the clamps, take a needle and some thread and sow her skin back. Then apply a bandage all over the knee that she should keep on until her leg heels. She will be able to walk again in no time.
