Start with the make-up first and define her eyebrows, then apply a bright eye shadow, mascara, contact lenses, a natural lipstick and a delicate blush. You can try a strapless pink dress with ruffles and a white apron over it with some strawberry prints on the bottom. She can wear it with a pair of flat shoes with bows and a pink striped bow in her hair.
