Bonnie Pork Chops

Barbie has just discovered her new passion for cooking and she wants you to join her in the kitchen so you can make some delicious pork chops together. This is Ken’s favorite dish and she wants to surprise him. First you have to make the sauce. Find all the items you need in the kitchen and then mix cornstarch with water in a bowl and in a frying pan put brown sugar, apple juice, olive oil, soy sauce, ginger, salt and pepper and finally add the cornstarch mix. Then move on to your garnish, which are the potatoes. Peel them, cut them in small pieces and boil them in salted water and finally mash them together with butter, milk and heavy cream. Then moving on to your main protein, take the pork chop, cut it and grill it. Put the pork chop on the plate along with mashed potatoes, tomatoes, carrots and green beans, add sauce on top and sprinkle some parsley. Enjoy!
