The ghouls in Monster High want to become stars, so they decided to go to the wonderful city of Boo York and play in a musical. They need new outfits of course, and they want them to represent their heritage. Nefera de Nile is the Mummy's daughter, so that has to be your inspiration. Start by styling her green hair in a new look and add some colorful highlights, then choose for her a lovely short Egyptian inspired dress, a long gown with gold around the collar or an asymmetric dress with ruffles and a glittery veil. You could also mix and match amazing tops with high collars, golden plates or jewels and long skirts or flared pants.
