Carroty Hot Cupcakes

Today we are going to bake some delicious hot cupcakes using tons of yummy carrots. They are my favourite dessert and for sure they make a super healthy treat, so get ready to find out how to make it, ladies! First cut the butter into pieces then grate carrots. In a bowl we mix flour, sliced almonds, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ground ginger and ground allspice. In another bowl, separately, we put the grated carrots, coconut, pineapple bits, oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla essence. Use the mixer to mix them. Great job, ladies! Now put the content of these two bowls in a large one and stir everything! Pour the mixture into muffin forms and bake the dessert for a few minutes! Meanwhile, take a bowl in which we mix some confectioner sugar, cream cheese, butter, lemon juice and almond extract. Now we just have to decorate cupcakes and everything is ready! Have fun!
