There are four different places to start building it. You have some grass with a river, cement, sand and a plain field. Start putting some houses everywhere and make them fun and colorful. You can also add other types of buildings, in shape of cats for example. Then build some roads and fences for your village, add street signs and wells for clean water, trees and bushes and even ponds. The cats would love to fish!
