Caviar Pancake

Why go simple when you can have a deluxe breakfast every morning? What do you say? Let's make some delicious caviar pancakes today! Start by boiling some potatoes and then mashing them up. Add some eggs, crème fraiche, just a bit of flour, salt and pepper. Then heat up some oil in a pan and use a spoon to pour the batter in and make small pancakes. Then put a spoon of sour cream on top of each potato pancake, some golden caviar and fresh coriander. The breakfast is ready! It was so easy to make and certainly it will be very delicious.
