Cocoa Ripple Cake

Do you want a special dessert for tonight's dinner? How about an amazing cocoa ripple cake? First you will have to go shopping and buy all the ingredients needed. Cut the chocolate in very tiny pieces, then in a bowl blend butter, chocolate, eggs, cocoa, water and a pinch of salt. In another bowl whisk the flour, baking soda and milk. Put the two mixtures of different colors together and whisk them gently to create a swirl. Pour the batter in a tray covered in greaseproof paper then let it bake in the oven. Put the cake layer on a tray and spread cocoa all over it. Then roll it up and cut the edges. Finally pour some chocolate topping on top.
