Cook Lamb With Pomegranates

In cuisine there are always some really interesting and unexpected associations being made that will really make your taste buds joyful, so don’t hesitate to always try new things! For example this wonderful dish of lamb with pomegranates. It’s not difficult to cook either! Just cut the lamb in tiny pieces along with onions, garlic and coriander. Cook the lamb in a pan with hot oil while spicing it with salt and pepper. While it is cooking add the garlic for a great flavor and a bit of spice. In another bowl with hot oil cook onions with saffron and paprika. Then add the lamb, put even more saffron and a bit of water. Let it boil for a while and then cook it in the oven also. On this great mixture add dried apricots, cinnamon and coriander. Bake it in the oven some more, serve it over a scoop of rice and sprinkle pomegranates all over the plate. Enjoy!
