Swedish Meatballs are so delicious and everyone agrees! Don't you want to try and make them yourself? It's really easy! Start by dicing onions and green chilli peppers. In a bowl mix the minced meat with eggs, bread crumbs, the chopped onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, the chopped chilli peppers and cheddar cheese. Roll this mixture into small meatballs and put them on a plate. In a pan melt some butter and cook the meatballs in it. Then remove the meatballs and add flour into the pan, coffee granules, beef bourguignon, water and sour cream and mix until it turns into a lovely sauce, then dip the meatballs in it and cook them in there.
