Crazy Hat Day

Once a year, usually in February, your school hosts an event where all of the students are allowed to wear a crazy hat to school. This unique school day has a very original name as well: Crazy Hat Day and honestly is the most awaited day of the school year. At the end of the day, one student is chosen as the winner for wearing the craziest hat of them all. Today, you're going to participate in this silly competition by styling a zany outfit and then finishing it with a wild hat.
