DIY Fringe Boots Design

The weather is still cold outside, so you need a trendy pair of boots to wear. Fringes are very in this year so you can design your very own fringe boots! Decide if you want comfy ankle boots, or medium ones with wedges. Pick out your favorite colored fabric to start creating the fringe and cut it with a pair of scissors. Wasn't that fun?
