Easter Cookies

One of our favorite things about Easter is the big family meal that we are usually having. Everyone in the family contributes with a dish or a treat, so what are you going to make this year? How about some delicious Easter cookies? They are tasty, they look great on the table and they are so easy to make! In a bowl sieve some flour and mix it with sugar and a pinch of salt. In another bowl mix butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, eggs, vanilla extract and finally the dry mixture you have made before. Wrap the dough up in foil and put it in the fridge to sit for a while. Then take it out, spread some flour on your work table, use a rolling pin to make it thin and then cut shapes using cookie cutters. Bake them in the oven, let them cool down and then decorate them as you please. Have a blast!
