Ella Makes Sushi

Elsa is learning how to cook and she has decided to try and make sushi, because they are delicious. She is really craving them and she has seen a recipe on TV, so help her make them. First you will have to take a bowl of rice, wash it well and then cook it in a special rice cooker machine. Next you will have to take some vegetables and cut them in very thin slices. You will need carrots and cucumbers and do the same with the surimi, which is made from fish and seafood. Then you need a bamboo mat. Place a foil of seaweed on top and evenly spread rice all over its surface. Turn it around and spread rice on the back too. Place some vegetables and surimi slices in the middle and a sauce, then roll the matt and finally use the knife to cut the sushi in slices. Have a great time!
