Then she will have to take a shower, because she has to be clean when she enters the sauna, so the toxins can get out of her body. Shave her armpits with an electric razor and apply a moisturizing lotion after it. Now change her into a towel and slippers and she is ready to get in. Here she will meet her friends. Heat up some volcanic stones, the pour a few drops of your favorite essential oil and some water on top so you can make an aromatic steam in the room.
