Famous Carrot Cake

If you want a unique desert which is famous and delicious, you should really try the carrot cake. It is purely awesome. Today I am going to share with you the secret recipe of my famous carrot cake. In a bowl put grated cinnamon, a sliced orange, fresh orange juice, vegetable oil, cake mix, vanilla instant pudding mix and four eggs and the mix them all together. Add grated carrot, chopped walnuts and raisins and blend everything really well. Pour the batter in two round cake forms and bake them in an oven. In another bowl mix cream cheese and milk. On a plate put one layer of the cake and then spread frosting on it and then do the same with the other layer, which goes on top of the first one. Decorate with chopped walnuts, slice and serve.
