Then remove her old infected piercings and clean up the wounds. Stitch them up with a needle and thread and put bandages over them. Now take a microscope and get inside her ear and remove the wax remains from the walls. Then you have to use a special tool to clean up everything inside. Kill all the bacteria so she doesn't get any more infections and finally rinse with water and remove it with a suction pump.
