Girls Summer Delicious Cake

Rapunzel and Elsa have decided to enjoy their summer and throw an amazing pool party where all their friends are invited. They have the music, the fruity cocktails and the pool games ready to go, all they need now is an amazing summer cake. Can you help them? Start with each tire separately and choose the color of the frosting and a dripping topping. Around the cake you can put decorations that include red flowers and diamonds, pink bows and exotic prints, or colorful beads and pink roses on the sides. You can make all the layers the same, or you can make them different.
