Gourmet Kitchen Pot Cake

Separate the yolk from the egg whites, then add mascarpone and whipped cream into the yolks and whisk them all together. Whip the eggs whites into a cream and add a mixture of hot water and sugar. Combine the two mixtures and add some wine sugar. Dip two thumb cakes into wine sugar. Then take your glass pot with the embryo cake, add a layer of your cream, add your thumb cakes and then another layer of cream.
