Homemade Ice Cream Maker

It is summer and really hot outside and nothing goes better on this weather than ice cream. But for today, forget about buying ice cream and try a homemade delicious cold treat! First you should go around the kitchen and search for all the tools and ingredients that you need. In a bowl mix some eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla powder. Melt the mixture on bain marie, then add some fresh lemon juice and put it in the freezer to cool down, until it becomes a refreshing ice cream. Take it out and put three scoops of homemade ice cream on a plate. Then you can decorate it by selecting the flavor of the ice cream, the topping, lot of colorful fruits like watermelon, cherries, pineapple, kiwi, apple or orange and also some fun shaped cookies.
