Homemade Marshmallow

Marshmallows are the greatest sweets ever, they are soft and sweet and they go great with hot chocolate or melted one between two biscuits. But homemade marshmallows are even more incredible and the best part is, you can learn to make them yourself. Just whisk two eggs and then in a pan on fire mix some edible gum, water and sugar. Use a sugar thermometer to choose the right moment to stop the fire. Then blend this mixture with your beaten eggs, flour, corn syrup, some vanilla essence drops and water. Put some cooking foil in a pan and spread some butter, then pour your batter into it and sprinkle powder sugar on it. After you have left it rest and it got in a marshmallow state, you can spray some edible colorant to make them pink and cute. Have a great time!
