Jenny's Delicious Recipes: Coconut Cookies

We love Jenny's delicious recipes, they are so spot on! We cannot wait to see what she will teach us next! On today's menu we have coconut cookies. Oh, my! They sound so yummy! Let's start by preheating the oven. In a bowl mix some butter and white and brown sugar, an egg, some vanilla, flour, baking soda and coconut flakes. Use a wooden spoon to scoop the dough on to a cookie sheet and then bake the cookies in the oven. Take them out and use a spatula to put them on a plate. They are ready! Wasn't that fun?
