Jessie's Van Gogh Couture

Jessie is a very artsy girl and she puts as much effort and creativity into her art as she does into her daily fashion style. Lately she has been very inspired by Van Gogh and although she has channeled that in many ways through her art, she has decided to add it into her look as well.
