Lemon Cheesecake Bars

Cheesecakes are the perfect combination of sweet, savory but fresh at the same time. And adding some lemon to this perfect combination can do nothing less than make it perfect. So let’s learn to make some incredible cheesecake bars. For the base of the cheesecake make a mixture of butter, softened butter, brown sugar, salt, nutmeg and flour. Put it in a square pan and leave it in the oven for a short while, until it becomes warm and crispy. For the main part mix cottage cheese, granulated sugar, flour, lemon zest, lemon juice, baking powder, egg and egg white. Put this mixture on top of your basis and put it in the oven again.
