Little Face Problems

You are a doctor and you have some patients with face problems. Let's help them out! Your first patient is Thomas, a fifteen years old boy who was trapped in a cave for three weeks and was unable to shave his beard. His hair and bears are very dirty, so wash them out with water and soap. Then decide what eyebrows and style you want for his beard. Use a razor and a pair of scissors to cut off the unwanted hair. You will have some hints you can follow to cut out in the right places. Don't worry if you get it wrong, because you can use a magical hair spray to get it to grow back up. Use wax to completely get rid of the hair in the bald spots. Then use a brush to arrange the beard and the eyebrows and a pair of tweezers for minor tweaks. Who is the second mystery patient?
