Minnie Mouse Surprise Cake

If you want to make a surprise cake for your best friend's birthday, you should try a Minnie Mouse one. Start to mix butter, flour, sugar, milk and baking powder in a bowl and pour the batter in two square trays of different sizes. Bake them in the oven until they get a nice golden color. In another bowl blend some butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, a pinch of salt and milk. Divide this mixture in two bowls and add yellow food coloring in one and blue in the other one. Spread the yellow butter-cream on the bigger cake sponge and spread colorful sprinkles on it and fondants on the edges. Spread the blue butter-cream on the smaller cake sponge and decorate it with colorful stars and pink fondant. Place the blue cake on top of the yellow one and then put a picture of Minnie Mouse on top, surrounded by blue fondant, like she is getting out of it. Good luck!
