Miss Mechanic's Brain Surgery

Miss Mechanic was repairing a car when there was an unfortunate accident and a sharpnel got into her head. Now she needs urgent surgery. Start by shaving her head and use a cotton ball to stop the bleeding. Then use a drill to cut the shrapnel. Use a marker to draw a line around the head and then use a scalpel to cut then skin, which you will peel off afterwards. Then use the drill again to cut open the skull, use a spray to reduce the inflammations, then gently pick up all the objects stuck in her brain, including the remaining piece of shrapnel. Now place a metal plaque where her skull was, put her skin back on and close the wound with laser. Rub an ointment on top of the head to help it heal quicker and then bandage it.
