Nick's Infected Ears

Use a cotton ball to deeply clean up his ears from wax and then with a syringe, get rid of bacteria and cists. There are also some swollen blood vessels that you have to take care of. Already his hearing has gotten a lot better thanks to you, there is just one more little thing left, that is more an aesthetic issue. Use a pair of tweezers and gently remove the hairs in his ear.
