She can rinse her mouth again and then you can put a suction pump in her mouth to get all the saliva out of the way while you are working. Start cleaning up her cavity with a few drills of different sizes. You can pause between them and help her relax by taking a phone call from her boyfriend or snuggle with a big teddy bear. Then finally put filling where the cavity was and that is it! Wasn't so bad and Noelle can smile again! Have an incredible time!
