Pepper Pasta Salad

Are you undecided what to have for lunch tomorrow? It's summer and hot outside, so you surely want something light and refreshing, but at the same time you want something that puts your hunger to rest. So how about a delicious pepper pasta salad? Start by slicing up the bell peppers of different colors and the tomatoes. Then boil some pasta with salt. In the blender make a mix of olive oil, vinegar, basil, mozzarella, salt and pepper and then mix it up with the pasta and on top of it add the peppers, tomatoes, olives and parmesan cheese.
