Pistachio Ice Cream

It is summertime, the sun is shining and the weather is more than warm, so there is no better treat than ice cream. It is cold and refreshing and it comes in so many flavors that you never get bored. For today you can try make your own ice cream, with an interesting pistachio flavor. Just mix simple ice cream with some milk and then boil this blend. In another bowl, mix egg yolks and sugar and then add the boiled ice cream. On top of everything put pistachio dust for that bright green color and for the amazing flavor that it brings. Mix again and put the entire blend in an ice cream machine, which will whisk it continuously. Now put your result in the freezer and serve the scoops in a glass bowl decorated with colorful candy and a couple of cherries. Enjoy!
