This Pixie has a lot of problems with her skin and she needs your skills as a doctor to help her out. Start with an electromagnetic therapy to get rid of the dark spots on her nose. Then take a pair of scissors and cut out the hair locks that you don't want on her face. Use laser treatment to get rid of the big scars on her face and then exfoliate her skin with glass to remove the dead cells. Use an argyle mask to close the pores and make her skin a bit smoother, then use a magnifying glass and a special lotion to kill the bacteria on her face and an ice cube to close her pores. Then you can pop out her pimples, freeze her warts and finally remove the small bugs on her face. Then apply a nourishing face mask and brush her hair. She looks flawless!
