Pony Birthday Cake

Today is this little girl's birthday and she just loves ponies. Unfortunately her parents cannot afford one as a gift, but maybe you could make her happy with an amazing pony birthday cake! In a bowl mix some eggs, sugar, milk, oil and flour. Pour the batter in two equal round trays and bake them in the preheated oven. Take a special knife and cut the cake sponge in the shapes you need to create a pony. You need a body, a tail and a head. Put them together and start making the frosting. Mix whipping cream, sugar and cocoa powder and spread it on your pony shaped cake. Use a round chocolate candy to place the eye and then choose a colorful icing to make the pony the color you want. Decorate the cake as you wish, with chocolate and cherries, caramel and colorful sprinkles, blueberries, waffles and marshmallows or strawberries. Complete your cake with a centerpiece decoration.
