Elsa and Tiana are besties and they are encouraging each other to have a healthy lifestyle. So together they will go to a fitness class and a yoga class. So first, prep them for the fitness class. For Elsa's outfit pick a black jacket with flower prints and black leggings with mesh inserts and braid her hair on the side. Then prepare for her a strawberry, pineapple and mint smoothie. For Tiana choose a white top and black leggings, her hair in a messy bun and a smoothie with strawberries, blackberries, coconut and avocado. Now let's prep them for the yoga class. For Elsa choose a grey and blue crop top and blue shorts, her hair in a high ponytail and for her lunch make Thai noodles with shrimp, a veggie salad and an ice tea.
