Use a polish to remove the tartar at the base of your teeth, a tooth brush to make the yellow teeth white again, a drill which will help you fix the cavities that give the little puppy aches, remove food leftovers stuck between the teeth with a probe and use a pair of pliers to remove the black teeth that cannot be saved anymore and replace them with new healthier ones. Just make sure the shape is fit for his mouth. In the end you can rinse his mouth with water and remove it with a suction pump. You can personalize his denture with colors and fun stickers. Good luck!
