Spicy Peach Coleslaw

You and your friends have all decided to make dinner together and each of you is in charge of one dish. It falls upon you the task to make the salad, so why not make it very special? Have you ever tried a spicy peach coleslaw? It's delicious! In a bowl put some mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chili sauce, lemon juice, vegetable oil and sugar. In a different bowl mix the chopped cabbage with the diced peaches and some sliced chives. Now put your sweet and spicy sauce on top and mix everything very well. Spice it up with some salt and cayenne pepper until the flavors are all spot on. Make sure you make this delicious salad early, so you can let it rest in the fridge for half an hour before serving.
