Strawberry Short Cake 2

Are you in the mood for a special dessert? What can be more delicious than a sweet strawberry shortcake? You can learn to make it yourself! First you should go around the kitchen and gather all the ingredients you need. Sift the flour as it will help your sponge become more light. In a bowl mix some heavy cream, some flour mixed with baking powder, sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, milk and butter. Then try to get as many strawberries as you can in this batter. Pour it in a round tray and bake it in the oven, until the batter rises and you get a nice golden brown color on the cake sponge. Take the fresh strawberries and rinse them with water and then slice them. Slice the sponge cake as well into three equal layers. Take each layer, spread whipped cream and put the slices strawberries on top. Stack them together and you get a wonderful strawberry shortcake! Enjoy!
