She has a twig stuck in a wound on her head which you should take out, but be delicate, because it will hurt her. Wipe the blood of with a towel. She also has a big bump on her head that will go away if you spray it with a special solution. Apply a bandage on the open wound and leave it there for some time, until it completely heals.
