Thanksgiving Turkey Sandwich

Thanksgiving is mostly about food, but let's face it, it's a lot. And unless you invite your whole family to dinner, it is not point in wasting that much food which would be impossible for just one person to eat. So if you want just a nice Thanksgiving inspired lunch without the hassle of cooking all day long, why not make yourself a delicious turkey sandwich? Start by choosing your favorite type of bread, then add some onions on the bottom, tomatoes or bell peppers next for a fresh touch, the turkey meat which is the most important part, cooked of course beforehand, some fresh green lettuce to balance everything out and finally a piece of delicious melted cheese which will round up the taste.
