Start by enlarging her nostrils and spray them with some water to be easier for you to work. Use a special utensil to clean the mucus from them. Use a pair of scissors to cut the hair from the nose, a pair of tweezers for the leftover threads and cauterize the warts formed inside the nose. She also has a bruise inside the nostril which you can heal with a lotion. Then use a microscope and a special gun to destroy the bacteria that can cause a lot of diseases.
