Ella Hand Surgery

Elsa loves to play in the snow and the cold really doesn't bother her. But she was playing barefoot on ice one day and she slipped and fell with her hand in some icicles. Now you have to perform surgery on her to treat her hand. She is in a lot of pain so give her a pill to calm her down. Then take a pair of pliers and very gently remove the icicles from her arm. Use a special cream and rub it on her wounds to heal them completely. She also has a big cut in her arm that you will first have to disinfect with an injection. Then take a cotton ball and dip it into a solution which will help the cut close by itself a bit. Finally, take a needle and a thread and start stitching it up. Now that you have dealt with all her external wounds, you have to take an x-ray and repair the broken bones, bandage the arm and put it in a cast. Good luck!
